#asktheexpert when my daughter was 3months old she used make sounds and babble. she would try to speak to us and respond to songs. but when she turned 4months she started mouthing and now doesn't make sounds. is that normal? will this delay her speaking?

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out toihe exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
