for proper fluent speech you need to wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doctor to know if speech therapy is required.till that time keep interacting as much as possible in your spoken language and involve the child in language learning activities using audiovisual aids too. dont worry if other milestones are norm-4al this will also be achieved in time at times it may get delayed..there are variations in children by age for this. . .

hello mum every baby has his own milestone till this age your baby should have started speaking few words Till the age of 2 years there are many baby so can start speaking few sentences as well as many words so keep on practicing with your baby
