Regarding Speech  Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of ageh .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so hthat he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need  to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

The speech clarity can take good 3 to 5 years of age rest would completely depends from child to child and sometimes kids can I have a better speech by the age of 5 to 8 years also like I said it is completely going to be dependent from child to child
