You can give milk shakes with fresh fruits , also stuff paranthas, idli , Upma , roti , seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts, milk products, whole eggs and non veg if preferred

Hello Whatever you are feeding yourself on an every day basis for breakfast lunch and dinner you should be feeding the same to your child on an every day basis that would be the right thing and also would like to tell you after the age of 12 months you should be making your child eat everything what you are eating
