Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. spitting is absolutely normal in the baby but but if it is very high and baby is losing weight then take medical advice and appropriate treatment for the baby . .

It Would probably be Milk only because if your child is mostly having milk all the time then the white spots are going to be Milk only but since I am not seen them personally to advise you anything please get a test done for the same consult your paediatrician
