Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplemfents like iron supplements and mufltivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

If You are talking about breastfeeding in terms of milk then you need to completely quit breastfeeding because that’s the reason that your child is not eating anything and gradually try to introduce variety of food to the child apart from Roti sabji because that is what is going to develop an interest in your child to eat everything that you are offering
