it often happens due to stuffy nose.
keep your child away from direct air.
massage 3-4 times per day.
if using air conditioner.
child should be well wrapped

If It is happening only at one point of time it could be just a casual coughing but still says the child is so small it would be better for you to get it checked with the doctor once maybe the doctor can just advise you a medicine which will help in subsiding this coughing in the night time
