for all age groups normal body temperature is 96.5 to 98.5 degree Fahrenheit
These kind of fever are usually Viral in nature .
You must give paracetamol containing medicine to baby at 6 hourly for 1 day, if fever does come down to base line you must add meftal p syrup for that spike.you can do tepid sponging with Luke warm water.

Use Digital thermometer that’s easier it for a child to measure the temperature and keep medicines for fever stomach pain which is mandatory because it only a medicine for fever cold and cough after consulting your doctor said these medicines are very important that you should always keep them handy handy
