Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and mhfore in formula fed babies.
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

U Just giving feeding to the child with proper best feeling only the child is going to be better apart from that you do not have to do anything and constipation at this age is considered very normal and common as per doctor so I don’t think so you need to worry about it
