A. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods daily have warm lemon honey water

A. good evening I would recommend you to try to consume only food prepared at home avoid consumption of bakery food try to do some exercise for about half an hour on a daily basis ig possible
