A. Hello, your baby boy is 6 months old and his body feels warm after waking up so it’s not a fever but hyper dynamic circulation so give him frequent breast feeding only

A. babies 4 months old every time baby sleeps and wakes up warms and it is absolutely normal it is not a problem and you don't have to give any medicine for this it is a good healthy sign
