Hello mom Actually from the age of six months you can start solids for them You need to give semisolid and mashed consistency foods you can give foods like steamed and mashed vegetables or soups apart from that a soft textures fruits can be mashed as well ,porridge made with ragi or Suji or multigrain , Khichdi or rice and thin Dal can be given as well curd ,ghee.
so you need to try one food at a time with small quantity and then gradually increase the quantity and the variety
