the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amount.
you can addc ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. It Should be a minimum of 18 kgs it can be more than 18 KG also but when we talk about weight that way so it should be a minimum of 18 kgs for sure according to the age of the child and if it is more than that then that is rather more healthier
