A. baby should gain a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month

A. the weight of 3 months baby boy will usually be between 5-8kgs however please note this will be different for different babies it also depends on the birth weight usually for the first three months baby will put on anywhere between 150 to 200 grams per week after 3 months is usually about hundred to 150 grams per week
