ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 3 years 11 to 18 kg Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements

ideally , your child should have weight between 13 to 15 kg
please give 3 meals and 2 snacks per day
prefer home cooked fresh food for your child
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer
