A. Hi Mom, you can give him variety of homecooked foods and avoid processed, junk and packed food. include whole grains, millets, dals , pulses, sprouts, milk, paneer, milk shakes, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, ghee, nuts and dried fruits, and adequate water, egg, chicken, fish if non-vegetarian. idli, dosa, pancake, chila, porridge, kheer, sheera, poha, upma, paratha, roti , rice and daliya recipes etc. you can offer small handy snacks in between after 2 hours gap, follow good hygiene avoid force feeding

A. Hi, Give 3-5 times meal and in the gap of 2-2.5hour. In between meal, offer water, milk etc. Give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree ghee in dal cheese eggs khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength
