Hi parent Couple of breakfasts and couple of meals a day and breast feeding at night as per demand break fast and meals could include two small bowls don't over feed or force feed her soup , probiotics , meshs do cooked vegetables and seasonal fruits can be given khichdi , upma , sheera , daliya , porridge etc can be given
