Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! There are food restrictions as such after delivery as long as you are advised otherwise by your doctor. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while you breastfeed your baby
