#asktheexpert what kind of diet we need to follow and better source of @Vitamin D and calicum and B12 in veg food

A. hi mom have a wholesome well balanced meals have good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits add nuts like almonds, walnuts also in your diet, early morning walks for you is also preferred

A. hi spinach ,kale , dairy products,nuts , dry fruits , sprouts ,ragi etc are best. give early morning sunbath to your child daily which is best for vitamin D formation
