Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is a self limiting viral infection for which medicines are given only for the complaint for the child so far fever you can give paracetamol as well as antic gold medicine for allergy as well as for itching and you can apply antibacterial cream on the skin region

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
