it is caused by genetics , Vitamin deficiencies , food reaction , injury while brushing , constipation, heat or Viral Infection.
so ,first ,I advise to maintain good hydration throughout the day.
give Healthy diet especially green veggies, fresh fruits,curd more
be careful while brushing your child teeth ,use Baby friendly tongue cleaner and brush
for example Babyhug brand brush
you can apply ghee on this which help to cure this
avoid giving acidic and spicy food.
give cold and soft food items
