Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Apply Onion juice into your scalp keep it for 30 minutes and then wash it it is going to be helpful you can do it 2 to 3 times in a week just keep it maximum for 30 minutes not more than that apart from that would like to tell you for stretch marks you can start applying coconut oil on regular basis
