#asktheexpert what is the reason that we should avoid honey upto 1 year of the baby?

A. Hello ma’am Lot of paediatrician says that you should not give salt sugar and honey or all these things to your child for initial one year as it’s not healthy but my paediatrician advised me to use everything so if you wish to you can continue using it otherwise if you want to you can skip it also
