A. bones n ligaments displace. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
