usually at the age of 1 year the baby's weight should be e between 9 to 11 kg, but definitely it is not mandatory as some kids may have less weight and some may have little more weight, if the child is healthy active then no need to worry
Babys weight will double by 5 month and triple by one year of age from the birth weight.
Little less or more will not cause any harm.
If your baby is healthy active passing 6 to 8 times urine per day and passing motion frequently then please do not worry
