ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. it depends on the birth weight of the baby . in the first 15 days the baby will lose 10% of the body weight and thereafter will gain around 25 to 30 grams per day

You Please at least mentioned the birth weight of your child because without that I will not be able to tell you as to what can be the weight of your child at the age of four months so approximately 1200 to 1600 g if your child has gained then I believe that’s a quite healthy waiting
