A. hi mom at this age always give good proteins like dals, eggs, chicken ,paneer, soya, tofu variety of vegetables, fresh fruits , nuts, avoid packaged foods

A. Hello mom Now your baby is five years old so you can add anything in babies regular diet plan. So you have to add everything and try to give daily routine food to your baby so baby can get all the nutrition and proteins through food. Main thing is green vegetables and lentils.
