Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. so for this so Immunity is a must fight against all the infections so you have to understand that immunity does not build up in one day or one week for a best immunity you should give exclusive mother milk to baby till for 6 months also vaccines should be taken on proper timings and schedule no tonic or supplements are required to boost immunity just give a good balanced diet containing all vitamins and minerals for immunity build up.
