How many days cycle?
For 28 day cycle best time is after 9th to 16th day of menses
Take folic acid before planning
Keep relations 2-3 times a week and more in fertile period
Its better to keep relations before rupture as egg can live for only 24 hours while sperm lives for 2-3 days in female body
