A. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
