A. For a 7.2 kg baby, the weight status depends on age. If your baby is around 7–8 months old, the weight is within a normal range, but if older, it may be slightly low. To support healthy weight gain, offer nutrient-dense foods like mashed banana, avocado, sweet potato, ragi, ghee, paneer, full-fat yogurt, eggs (if non-vegetarian), and dal. Include healthy fats like nut powders and butter in small amounts. Feed small, frequent meals and continue breastfeeding or formula for proper growth. If weight gain is slow or there are other concerns, consult a pediatrician for guidance.
