NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello you shuld exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby compltes 6 months and of incase the breastmilk is not sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk and nothing else till the baby compltes 6 months as baby cannot take n digest
