A. it depends on the amount of GAP you are having in the rectus abdominis muscle Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Taje healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
