Variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
You can give eggs and non veg foods.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Add ghee to baby’s food.

you can give everything you eats as a family with the limited spices...
you can give him full cream cow milk...
limit the dairy products quantity upto 500 ml per day.. this includes milk also.. if you give more than that it will subside the hunger for other food...
feed him in small quantity but in time gap of 2-3 hours... You can give him 5 times solid meal with milk in between...
give him 5 servings of fruits and veggies each everyday...
try to include whole grains and protein in his diet..
don't add additional ghee or oil in the baby food.... The amount you used to cook food is enough... No need to add additional...
