Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. generally most of the fevers will be viral infection in small babies you may give everything to the baby if baby is taking preferably semisolids solids also some fruit juices to meet immediate calories

Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Include coconut water to drink. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. Complete the course of medication as prescribed by your doctor.
