#asktheexpert What can be done to regularise bowel movements?? my son gets constipated quite often. Also, he doesn't like to have milk.

A. Its Fine if your child is not having milk you can give good amount of butter milk to the child as that also helps in dealing with the constipation issue and papaya in the morning is also good enough try to give more fibre rich diet and fluids to the child on regular basis
