Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. not worry about this. loose watery stools is considered normal in babies.. If only loose stool u can give zinc drops Z and D drops 1ml once a day and satchets of Econorm/ enterogermina/syp darolac or any other probiotics for 3 days. Give ORS Fever with pain in abdomen if present can b due to infection n needs a doctor consult soon
