Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you have to consume all types of food which is made at home and you can go for seasonal fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water and minimum of 500ml milk. you can go for ayurvedic preparations like shatavari which is available in the form of tablets and powders. the mother's milk does not have any problem to the child and the diet of the mother will not cause any type of side effects to the child
