at the age of 5 months, babies get good control on head and neck,they try to roll over , start cooing sometimes ,you will get your child social smile , giggling , Happy face ,he or she can recognize you etc.
but all babies are different.
so they grow at their own pace.
please don't compare your child with others.
feed your child on demand.
burp your baby well
give enough tummy time
give Massage to your child daily
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
maintain good hygiene.
