Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi usually babies can able to hold their head and neck by the age of 4 months. so please don't take much stress for this give enough tummy time give Massage to your child daily provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
