Is he speaking like express angryness? he might doing this bcoz unable to cope himself with such situations or want some attention? check his another behavior too like watching fan, flapping hands on excitement, get lost in something's, if any of this symptoms showing then i suggest you to take your child to a good child development center in ur city, hr might be needed some sensory Integration therapy.
