#AskTheExpert Very gud mrng mam here m very much worried about my daughters weight gain ,she z 6 yrs old and she weighs abt 40 kg plz suggest me hw to deal with dat n hw cm she vl in her ideal weight soon.

you should consult with your pediatrician for regular health checkup and guidance about her proper nutrition chart to prevent chances of obesity
