Temperature above 99 farenheit at armpit level is considered as fever and needs medicines .  Can give calpol / Sumol / T 98 for fever and can be repeated every 6 hours . if fever does not subside with paracetamol and persists for more than 2 days then you need to consult a doctor for examination to know cause of fever . Fever after vaccine can or cannot be there so no worry about post vaccine fever .
