you can take protinex powder.
but instead of it , better to prefer natural ways
like ,take iron and calcium rich food like Ragi , nuts, dry fruits, fruits more
avoid drinking RO water.
take sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period
take necessary supplements of iron and calcium as per your doctor's prescription
