shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mom this is an iron supplement so u can give it for longer periods but dosage should be set by your doctor only whether u r giving it for any deficiency or u r giving for any maintenance too much dose of it can causes loose motions to the baby so better ask ur doctor properly
