Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. for throat infections you can give paracetamol for pain as well as fever and paracetamol can be repeated maximum four times per day and you can give warm water to drink and home remedies like to see ginger honey.
you can also go for warm fluids like warm dal , warm soup etc. d
antibiotics is needed or not will be decided by the doctor after examination. it is advisable to remain in contact with the doctor for other medicines
