ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Saline water gargles twice a day and give one teaspoon honey mixed with tulsi drops and dew ginger drops in it abd give warm liquids to the child and semi solids to be swallowed easily avoid sour fruits

you can boil some Tulsi leaves crushed ginger in a cup of water till it is half then add honey and give 2 to 3 spoon three times a day..
give steam inhalation
