#asktheexpert These days children are staying at home and so less physical activity as compered to earlier, how can we keep a check on the child's increasing weight?

A. hello mum yes I can understand this but still we need to make sure that we should give only the homemade healthy and nutritional diet to the child avoid all type of other fried food or you can keep just one day for that you can make your child play many indoor games which would have little bit of physical activity you can also dance with your child in the room you can do kids yoga you can go on the YouTube and search it to make it in the Play full way
