mam, itching can caused by many reasons like dry skin, allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics, heat or sweating or Infection.
so please keep your child well hydrated.
avoid giving citrus fruits for now.
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes.
you can apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on itchy area.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
