kids can get their first milk teeth sometimes late maximum upto the age of 15- 18 months.
wait for some more time and gently massage the gum pad area

The process can happen between the age of 3 to 17 months it is suggested that you wait till that much of a time and if you do not see happening by that time also on the higher side then you can consult a dentist at that time it would be taken as a deal in the process
